Shipping

Shipping is free within the 48 continental United States (plus the District of Columbia) using UPS Ground (1 to 5 business days)

Return and Exchange Policy

Unsatisfied customers can return, or exchange products purchased within 30 days from delivery.

Return Conditions

We only accept returns that fall within the allotted time frame set forth above and will reimburse customers fully, only if the following conditions are met:

  • The products have not been used, worn or altered and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
  • The products are returned in their original packaging with all its contents, including all protective materials in place, all accessories and documents; and
  • The products are not damaged.

*We will not accept any used or damaged products. Any returned product that does not meet the above requirements, will be rejected and a notification will be sent to the email associated with the return informing the client and providing the reason. The product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

*Products that meets the above criteria for return will be issued a full refund (minus the shipping charges for the return)

Exchange Conditions

We only accept exchanges that fall within the allotted time frame set forth above. Exchanges will only be processed only if the following conditions are met:

  • The products have not been used, worn or altered and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
  • The products are returned in their original packaging with all its contents, including all protective materials in place, all accessories and documents; and
  • The products are not damaged.

*We will not exchange any used or damaged products. Any product sent for exchange that does not meet the above requirements will be rejected and a notification will be sent to the email associated with the order and the products will be returned to the customer and no exchange will be processed.

*Any product that meets the above criteria for exchange will not be charged for return shipping or the shipping of the new product. If, however; the replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued, (minus the return shipping fee).

*Customers can only exchange products of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of lesser value, the difference would be returned using the original method of payment. If the customer wishes to exchange for a product of higher value, a return would have to be processed and the return policy will take effect.

Return or Exchange procedures

In order to return or exchange a product, please complete the Return/Exchange form.  An email will be sent to you within 48hrs with a return label which will have all the necessary return details.

Print the label, attached it to the packaged box (not the shoe box), and drop off at any USPS or USPS drop off service.

*Please ensure you ask for a receipt which will contain the tracking number for the package being dropped off.

Refund time

If the above return conditions are met, a notification will be sent to the customer using the email address associated with the order, informing the customer that the return has been accepted.

Refunds are typically processed within 72hrs after confirmation email notifying the customer that the return has been accepted.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
